Zorlanan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n &#8220;doydum&#8221; yerine &#8220;karn\u0131n a\u011f\u0131yor&#8221; diyerek bu bask\u0131dan kurtulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bilinen bir durumdur. \u00d6zetle \u00e7ocu\u011fumuzun taba\u011f\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm g\u0131dalar\u0131 t\u00fcketmemesi \u00e7ocuklarda g\u00f6r\u00fclen normal bir davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yeme\u011fi televizyon seyrederken yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanmas\u0131n. <\/strong>Televizyon \u00f6n\u00fcnde yemek yemeleri \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hem \u201cdoyma hissini\u201d alg\u0131lamalar\u0131n\u0131 engeller hem de gerekti\u011finden daha fazla yemelerine yol a\u00e7abilir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar televizyon \u00f6n\u00fcnde yemek yiyen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini ve daha \u00e7ok karbonhidrat (\u015fekerleme, unlu mamuller gibi) ve me\u015frubat t\u00fcketti\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ailece hepimiz sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fam al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131y\u0131z. <\/strong>\u00c7ocuklar ailelerini \u00f6rnek alma e\u011filimindedirler. O y\u00fczden bizim yiyeceklere verece\u011finiz tepkiler onlar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Ailedeki herkes sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenirse \u00e7ocu\u011fumuz da bunu \u00f6nemseyecektir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De\u011fi\u015fik tatlar\u0131, yemekleri tatt\u0131ral\u0131m. <\/strong>De\u011fi\u015fik, farkl\u0131 g\u0131dalara tepki g\u00f6steren ve yemeyen \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 zorlamak yerine onlara zaman tan\u0131yal\u0131m.
