Ancak \u00fclkemizde yakla\u015f\u0131k 1500 kadar HA hastas\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir; akraba evlili\u011finin yayg\u0131n olmas\u0131 nedeni ile hasta say\u0131s\u0131 daha fazla da olabilir. Rakamlardan anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de HA hastalar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu hen\u00fcz tan\u0131 almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Anjio\u00f6dem ataklar\u0131 s\u0131kl\u0131kla \u2033alerji\u00b2 ile kar\u0131\u015fabilir ve sanki bir alerjiymi\u015f gibi tedavi edildi\u011finde etkisiz kalarak hastan\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 tehlikeye sokabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc alerji ila\u00e7lar\u0131 bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tedavisinde etkili de\u011fildir ve ya\u015fam\u0131 tehdit eden ataklar\u0131 durduramazlar.<\/li>\n<li>HA\u2019li hastalar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak yar\u0131s\u0131 hayatlar\u0131nda en az bir defa solunum yolu ata\u011f\u0131 ya\u015farlar. HA\u2019de en korkulan atak \u015fekli budur; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc tan\u0131 almam\u0131\u015f hastalar do\u011fru tedavi edilmediklerinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 1\/4 \u00fc atak s\u0131ras\u0131nda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kayber.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6l\u00fcm riskini ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yap\u0131labilecek en iyi \u015fey hastalar\u0131n do\u011fru tan\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde bir HA hastas\u0131 yak\u0131nmalar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131ktan ortalama 20 y\u0131l sonra tan\u0131 almaktad\u0131r. Bunun en \u00f6nemli nedeni tan\u0131n\u0131n hekimlerin akl\u0131na gelmemesidir. Bu y\u00fczden HA &#8220;yetim&#8221; hastal\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda kabul edilir.<\/li>\n<li>HA \u015f\u00fcphesi olan hastalarda tarama testi olarak kompleman-4 d\u00fczeyleri bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu test hem ucuzdur hem de \u00fclkemizin hemen her yerinde mevcuttur. Kompleman-4 d\u00fczeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck saptanan hastalarda tan\u0131y\u0131 do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in &#8220;C1 \u0130nhibit\u00f6r d\u00fczeyi&#8221; ve &#8220;C1 inhibit\u00f6r fonksiyonu&#8221;nun bak\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu testler sadece b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerimizdeki baz\u0131 \u00fcniversite hastanelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>HA hastalar\u0131n hemen t\u00fcm\u00fc bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n okul ve i\u015f hayat\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 engelledi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekte ve belirsizli\u011fin getirdi\u011fi ciddi psikolojik sorunlar ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya bulunmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n<li>HA ataklar\u0131n\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc travma, stres, enfeksiyon ba\u015flatabilece\u011fi gibi baz\u0131 hormonlar ve ila\u00e7lar da ataklar\u0131 tetikler. Tan\u0131s\u0131 konan hastalarda bu hormonlar\u0131n, ila\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve hastan\u0131n travmalardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. Ancak her zaman ataklar\u0131 tetikleyen bir etmen saptanamayabilir. Tan\u0131 almam\u0131\u015f hastalarda a\u011f\u0131za ve di\u015flere yap\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli m\u00fcdahaleler ve cerrahi giri\u015fimler g\u0131rtlak \u015fi\u015fli\u011fine neden olarak hayat\u0131 tehdit eder.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal Alerji ve Klinik \u0130mm\u00fcnoloji Derne\u011fi HA hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hekimlerce daha iyi tan\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in hem ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak hem de Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ortakla\u015fa e\u011fitimler ve bilgilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektedir. Bunun amac\u0131 \u00a0hastal\u0131k fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hem toplumda hem de hekimler aras\u0131nda artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Her y\u0131l herediter anjio\u00f6dem hastalar\u0131 d\u00fcnya herediter anjio\u00f6dem g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 16 May\u0131s ve takip eden haftada biraraya gelmektedir. \u00dclkemizde bu ama\u00e7la kurulan hasta destek gruplar\u0131 vard\u0131r ve bunlar T\u00fcrkiye ulusal Allerj ve Klinik \u0130mm\u00fcnoloji Derne\u011fi ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hekimlerin ve toplumun duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ile HERED\u0130TER ANJ\u0130O\u00d6DEM hastalar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru tan\u0131 ve tedaviye ula\u015fmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecektir. T\u00fcrkiye Ulusal <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bulentsekerel.com\/index.php\/alerji\/\">Alerji<\/a><\/strong> ve Klinik \u0130mm\u00fcnoloji Derne\u011fi hem ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z e\u011fitim\/bilgilendirme etkinlikleri, hem de Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fi ortakla\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile hastalar\u0131n do\u011fru tan\u0131 ve tedaviye ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmaya devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Herediter Anjio\u00f6demin &#8220;yetim&#8221;
